He specializes in working with owner-operators considering expansion, serving as a bridge to a full-time leadership hire.
Matt is based in Brooklyn, New York, where he lives with his wife, daughter and dog. In the morning, you'll find him pushing a stroller to his favorite Cobble Hill coffee shops. In the evening, he's cheering on the Boston Celtics.
